Settings

This section details the various usernames and passwords that are needed in order to make the services you buy from us work. In most cases the specific details are allocated upon setup or purchase but things like server settings you need can be found here too. All logins and passwords that we send to you by email should be kept safe in a separate folder on your computer, as some of your services cannot work without them:

Email

These are the settings you will need to enter into your mail program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora etc) in order to receive your new emails. The username and password are allocated at the time of purchase and are also used to access your webmail facility.

Webmail allows you to send and receive email from anywhere in the world.

Name Servers

These settings will be needed if you want to point your domain at our servers so we can supply a service. Usually the domain would be transferred to us (click here if you want a transfer form) and then we would enter these settings ourselves, but if you are keeping your domain with another ISP and want us to supply a service, you will need these details:
